Data245 is a team of employee benefit pioneers, digital experts, and data scientists. Together,
we are able to create programs, apps, processes, and benefit options to streamline and modernize our
clients’ HR departments and meet their financial goals.
We know the future of AI in the Employee Benefits industry (and general HR) is imminent.
We also know that large insurance corporations already employ AI and Machine Learning to
profit at a large-scale advantage. So, it is our collective mission to make AI provident, economical,

2. HOW DO OUR MOBILE APPS SAVE YOUR COMPANY MONEY?
Our smartphone programs and applications are a series of benefit
options that employers can offer to their employees.
The apps are available at low rates and each one saves time and money.
We use Machine Learning to identify and curb future costly claims,
as well as take over some of the most time consuming processes,
like recruitment and even dependent eligibility verification.
Machine Learning computers pick up on traits and details that our
human eyes and minds miss. Our ML systems are trained to perceive the environment,
and then take actions that maximize the chances of successfully achieving goals.
This process is similar to our own human nature, but without the errors.

3. WHAT IS THE FUTURE OF MEDICAL APPS?
It’s a well known fact that in our fast-paced society we place extreme value on convenience,
and we have a growing expectation for it. If we can’t easily do it from our phone, then it gets put
off or it’s not done at all! Additionally, 6 in 10 Americans live with at least one chronic disease,
like heart disease, cancer, or diabetes. These and other chronic diseases are the leading causes of
death and the leading driver of healthcare costs. It’s the unfortunate truth that disease and illness
will always burden us; as we evolve, so does disease. The good news is that there are constant strides
in the medical field, and that includes telehealth, or the distribution of health-related information
and services via electronic mediums and telecommunication technologies. Allowing access to instant and
virtual advice, care, education, intervention, and monitoring is the long term solution to our need
for convenience and disease control/maintenance.
4. WHAT IS THE FUTURE OF BOTS IN HR?
In 2017, Juniper Research forecasted that businesses using chatbot AI could save $8 billion per year by 2022 in banking and healthcare alone.
Now, in 2020, chatbots are everywhere, and have demonstrated their usefulness in customer service.
However, bots have also expanded across organizations and proved valuable in HR.
HR staff that are regularly overwhelmed with employee questions are now able to
regain time to complete their other tasks. Chatbots seamlessly address an unlimited
number of queries about various matters and give the employees instant results 24/7.
In 2017, 92% of HR teams agreed that chatbots were going to be important in directing
employees to resources regarding PTO, open enrollment, leave of absence, and more common HR processes.
But, in 2017 only 13% of those surveyed were actually using chatbots, virtual assistants, or ML apps.
Over the next three years, 75% of HR teams would go on to employ these intelligent machines.
This means the future of chatbots in HR is now and chatbots will only continue to advance and gain wider usage.
The language learning process that powers chatbots is limitless, much like their potential to develop and streamline company processes.
5. HOW WILL OUR TECHNOLOGIES SOLVE FUTURE PROBLEMS?
There are so many uses for the technology that we’re pioneering that we don’t know what we don’t know.
Health concerns such as high blood pressure and mental health can be addressed through machine learning
and image classification, with great accuracy. If we can tackle these serious problems,
what else can we do with AI? Given enough data, and there is more each day, we can find solutions
using machine learning. Natural Language Processing is also an area where the spoken work can lead
us to applications that identify other medical anomalies. The sky's the limit.
6. WHAT TECHNOLOGY ARE WE DEVELOPING NEXT?
Within Machine Learning we develop Image Classification, and Natural Language processing, but as the solution dictates,
we can employ other AI tools. However, the three aforementioned technologies guide our solutions and are the bedrock of what we do.
We’re currently developing an application that detects high blood pressure and an application that measures a candidate's honesty during the interview process.
